Spring REIT is the first Hong Kong REIT to offer direct exposure to two Premium Grade office buildings located in the CBD of Beijing.

Spring REIT’s portfolio comprises all of the office floors of Office Tower 1 and 2 in China Central Place, as well as a total of approximately 600 car parking spaces in the underground levels. Both office towers enjoy high occupancy rates and a diverse and high quality tenant base.
Spring REIT is managed by Spring Asset Management Limited (the "REIT Manager"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong and a subsidiary of Mercuria Investment Co., Ltd. (“Mercuria Investment”).
According to a market report of DTZ Consulting in March 2013, including Office Tower 1 and 2 at China Central Place, only ten office properties in Beijing’s are Premium Grade, representing the highest quality standards of any office building.
Spring REIT is a real estate investment trust which owns and invests in high quality income-producing real estate in mainland China (although future acquisitions may also be made in any part of the world, including but not limited to mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan and other areas of Asia).
